1. TURNAROUND TIME - In many cases Mosaic Ceramic Tiles and other products ordered before noon will ship the same day. If your Mosaic Ceramic Pool Tiles order is in a time sensitive situation, please call us to let us know. In many cases in stock items that are ordered as late as 2 pm will still ship on the same day. If you really in a bind for time UPS Next Day Air, Second Day Air and 3 Day Select can be arranged by contacting our offices, there is an additional fee for expedited delivery. Expedited shipping orders are given priority for fastest turn around time. All of this is still dependant upon the Mosaic Ceramic Swimming Pool Tiles being in stock. Mosaic Ceramic Tiles that are in stock and ordered after noon may or may not ship the same day but will ship the following business day. During our summer season and the high demand it brings, we are not always able to keep our most popular items in stock. In the event the Mosaic Ceramic Pool Tiles that you have ordered is not in stock we work hard at keeping a 3-5-business day turn around and 5-7 business days may be required in extreme cases or for some of our larger mosaics.

2. CUSTOM COLOR / CHANGE COLORS - This is a service that is at time to time suspended by the manufacture. If demand is high the manufacture may opt out of color changes to concentrate on keeping up with stock items. It is possible to change the color of the tile in your mosaic. It is easiest to substitute colors from the colors of our product line. These are tried and true colors that we are familiar with and most accustomed to using. There is a 15% mark up for the custom color.

3. WHO AND HOW ARE THEY INSTALLED - Mosaic Tile Inc. is an online retailer of Ceramic Mosaic Tiles for swimming pools. We are not responsible for the installation of these Mosaic Ceramic Pool Tiles. The Mosaic Ceramic Swimming Pool Tiles should be installed below your local frost line by a tile professional. We recommend that you contact your pool contractor and tile installation expert for more installation information.

4. RETURNS - Product can be returned to Mosaic Tile Inc only within 5 calendar days after the package is listed as delivered from UPS or other carrier company. All returns are subject to and will be charged a 20% restocking fee. Once your Credit/Debit card has been processed the fee will be assessed. This is to cover the cost of card processing. We are charged a fee to process your order and even a higher fee to reverse the charges. Product can be returned to Degroot Studios Inc. only with prior approval from Mosaic Tile Inc. Mosaic Tile Inc will arrange return shipping with the manufacturer, Degroot Studios. Degroot Studios will arrange for shipping for any returned product. All returns will be done through a call tag from Degroot Studios. DO NOT SEND YOUR RETURNS. DO NOT CONTACT DEGROOT STUDIOS INC It is up to the customer to properly pack the mosaic for return. Credit will only be given if the product is returned in resalable condition. Any boxes returned to Degroot Studios outside of the above parameters will be refused and returned to you the customer.

5. DAMAGED PRODUCTS - all damaged goods must be reported to Mosaic Tile Inc. within 3 calendar days of receiving the package. At the discretion of Mosaic Tile Inc., we will at no cost to the customer, either send replacement parts or replacement of the entire mosaic. We will not pay for shipping other than UPS Ground. Degroot Studios will not accept returns of damaged mosaics without prior consent of Mosaic Tile Inc. Any boxes returned to Degroot Studios outside of the above parameters will be refused and returned to you the customer.

6. DAYS AND HOURS OF LIVE PHONES - A representative will answer the phones between 8am-8pm Monday thru Friday. On Saturdays our phones will be manned from 10am-6pm. There are at times due to call volume your call will be sent our voice mail. In the event that this happens please leave a message with your name and phone number. YOUR CALL WILL BE RETURNED AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. At any time of the day or night a message can be left on our voice mail. We will return your call early in the next business day. As was mentioned in the about you section, it is our desire that we extend to you the utmost in customer care and service. 7. ONCE MY MOSAIC SHIPS HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO ARRIVE AT MY HOUSE? - This is of course going to depend on how far you are from Ft. Lauderdale Fl. The following areas are the most common destinations and the typical length of time that you can expect it to take for delivery. In the event that your time frame is to close for the always-free ground shipping Next day air, Second Day Air and Three Day Select are available options. Please call a representative for details.

Florida - 1-2 days most of time next day on the ground.
Georgia - 2-3 days. Southern Georgia at times 1 day
S.Carolina - 2-3 Days
N.Carolina to New Jersey 3-4 days
New England States 4-5 Days
Louisiana- 2-3 Days
